Cancellation Policies


Upon making a reservation you'll receive a confirmation e-mail from us.


It is our practice not to charge a deposit. Payment in full is due upon check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash for payment. If you would prefer to pay a portion or all of your total in advance of your stay, give us a call at (907) 746-2333 and we can assist you.


You may call to cancel with no penalty up to 7 days in advance of your check in date. Cancelling between 3-7 days in advance will result in a one-night charge. With less than 48 hours notice, you'll be charged the full amount of your stay. If we haven't heard from you, we'll expect you and have your cottage, apartment or room ready for you!


We are here to greet you for Check In between 4-10 p.m. If you're arriving after 10 p.m., it's no problem. When you arrive at our property, go past the cottages and follow the "Check In>>" signs that lead you to our main house/B&B. There will be a Welcome letter for you on the front door of our main house/B&B, to guide you to your spot. Check out is by 11 a.m. Sometimes we can accommodate an earlier check-in or a later check-out if you give us notice ahead of time.


There is no smoking inside the buildings. Please dispose of your butts in a garbage receptacle, not on the ground.


Pets are allowed on approval, at the time of the reservation. The cost is $20 charge per pet, per night. Please let us know the number and kind of pets you'd like to bring with you. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside of your cottage, apartment, or room. Please pick up your pet's poop and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash cans. Please do not change our decision to allow pets by leaving your pet's poop on our grass or driveways.
